"That's...terrible. I'm so sorry." Katsumiyo quickly apologized, feeling nothing but sympathy for theHing girl. "But he seemed preoccupied when I met him. I'm not so sure he was enjoying himself." Pausing a moment, she continued, "Or maybe he was staring at one of the other geishas. It's very hard to tell."

Smiling at her kindly, Ruri shook her head. "No, No Katsumiyo. I'm sure....I'm sure he was watching you." She said sweetly. "Your a very beatiful girl. I can tell by the way you walk. Besides........I always knew they weren't going to get back together. I just wish, they would." Pulling her necklace out from under the coller of her shirt, she stared at it. It was truely one of those things that could only be made once. It was a medium sized circle made of gold that shone brightly. The center was a design that read only one word. 'Enternity' was writen neatly in the center of it all in a brillent silver.
Stareing at it, she smiled. "You know....something about the song that girl is playing....reminds me....reminds me of something." She whispered still staring at the pendent.

((I'm on someone else's computer since the floors are being done and i'm grounded and their internet is really slow...-_-))
"I'm sorry to hear about your parents, Ruri. If it helps, my parents died when I was not even old enough to remember what they look like or the sound of their voice, they were killed by my own people. See, my father was from the Earth Kingdom, but once they found out that he had a child with a woman of the Fire Nation, they considered it treason and killed him. But I don't believe that they would do that to their own warrior. My brother said that they did the same thing to my mother. I think that my brother is lying to me for some reason, maybe because he doesn't want to see me hurt, I just can't find reality in the story. I always grew up. as you can say a street rat. So either I have a fool's hope or they really are dead. Maybe I'll never know, but the important thing is that we keep hope. We all need hope, especially in these times. I know of people who became enimes because one was Water and the other Fire. This war is wrong, that I know yet it does not give me pride or shame." Sen told Ruri with a glimps of hope hining in her blue firery eyes. Then she heard it again, that same sweet music. The trees sway with the rythum, and the grass bowed down to it's fluent power.
"Come, we shouldn' bring any more dismay. Besides my curiosty is too stong. Where is that sound coming from?" Sen wondered through the forest and didn't stop until she reached the river.

Smiling, Ruri nodded. Sen was right in all sense of it all. Hope was what mattered. If she couldn't have hope for herself now at least, possibly she could have hope for the rest of her new friends. "Its sounds like its coming from the center of the river itself." She answered with a laugh. It was such wonderful music.

When Sonea had noticed the sound, she felt the same....oneness with nature in it. She lept into a tree silently, not even disturbing the birds, and gone from tree to tree just as noiselessly untill she reached the place where the song came from. She paused, in the lower branches of a tree next to the stream where the boulder was in the middle. 'That song," she though, "so like..." she trailed off listening. The earth sang, for all those who could truly hear it. A beautifull sound, undescribable, speaking of steams and sun-shrouded glens and soft, cool caves.Without noticing she once more began to write in the strange script, smooth and angular at the same time, flowing, like sound.Softly she sang to herself, in the same language that she wrote, a language without words. Hers addad a sader sound, softly bitter speaking of things lost.
(sorry I've been gone)

((Holy Guacamole, you guuuuuys ;o; I'm just glad you waited for me! XDD ))
Slowly her eyes opened and she sensed the others nearby and nearly chuckling into her playing, continued, waiting for them to find her.
Then she saw the girl sitting nearby and her brown eyes flickered, settling on her for a few mere moments.

A smile turned up Sonea's lips just slightly. This one, who played the flute with a song like the earth would be a good friend.

She then closed her eyes again and changed to a different tune as she finished the first one.

'Where are those other slowpokes?' Sonea wondered to herself, and slipped back the way she came in the trees. She paused at an old oak that seemed excited. she asked it why, using the laguage that her parents had taught her, the first she had known how to speak. Tree speak is hard to translate, but it said something about two creatures, not like any other in the forest, had sat underneath it for a while. She nodded in thanks and went in the direction it told her they had gone off in, hoping she could find them before they got lost. Many people got lost and never came out of the woods.

"Hey, the song changed." Ruri pointed out, letting the pendent fall from her hands and back into its place around her neck. "And I believe....we've lost Sonea." Smiling, she looked around while following the sound. It was the only sense of direction they had anymore. She liked this new tune. Not as much as the first one, but still she liked it greatly.

"There you are." Sonea said dropping down from a tree beside Ruri. "I've already been there and back, come on, you'll want to see this it's...." SHe trailed off not really knowing how to describe it.

"Then lead the way." Ruri laughed. She gas truely glad they'd found Sonea. She was awful with direction in woods. Sonea seemed like she did this normally so she'd be of use if they got reall lost. Seeing as Ruri could remember where they'd just been comming from.

(( I'm just going to use the kealie's description for her character)) Sen snapped out of a day dream with the sound of a new tune. She looked up at the sun streaming through the old and wise trees of the forest. The music had been so beautiful, that even that very word seem small and meaning less. Now the song sounded diffrent and even more enchanting then the one before it. She look at the woman sitting on a rock in the middle of the river. She had green flowing hair that made her look like a goddess of the wood. Sen watched as every blade of grass bowed down to the godess and her music as the wind slipped by in jealosy.

"we're already there." Sonea said stepping out onto the streambank. She hopped back up into a tree, relaxing in the joint between two limbs, closing her eyes and listening. She could tell that the tree was happy, and she hummed with it contentedly.
